Fiber Mist Eliminator

Our new type fiber demister  using a special integral filter mat , high fiber strength, gas flushing after small deformation, long service life. Filtration and outside the framework for the whole of the original structure, high strength. The overall volume of the original system, the fiber packing density uniformity, consistency, no short circuit.

Element has a unique anti-settlement structure to ensure that does not occur airflow shorted, wire diameter fiber bed fiber, density and porosity distribution in a stepped distribution, so it can guarantee a high demister demisting efficiency and to ensure defogger bed with a lower pressure, and make the mist liquid in  fiber bed discharged timely to avoid mist secondary entrainment. When tested by the scene, demisting efficiency fiber demister, mist particles of average particle size less than 3 microns, demisting efficiency greater than or equal to 99.5%, an average particle diameter of mist particles is less than or equal to 1 micron, demisting efficiency is greater than or equal to 95%; defogger resistance less than 2400Pa.

2006 our fiber demister was used at Sinochem phosphate fertilizer 300kt / a sulfuric acid plant in the successful application in the second absorber. in 2008,our product has replaced the imported fiber mist eliminator MECS brand, after put into operation,our fiber mist eliminator works in a good condition. In addition, our fiber eliminators also used in Zhejiang Juhua sulfuric acid plant two sets of 200kt / a sulfuric acid plant based and and Shandong Haihua 400kt / a sulfuric acid plant to replace the imported  mist eliminator.
